The Women Behind the Dough

Rising Hope Bakery is led by Chef Kim Marks-Ball, who also serves as the instructor for Zaman International’s culinary arts vocational training program. Rising Hope’s team is made up of graduates of the program who are working to build sustainable careers and futures for themselves and their families.
